It's not clear if this is Margaret's niece Alexina's husband or her son, but it follows a bequest 'to John Scott my grand nephew' and precedes bequests to John Rankin Dunlop, Colin MacLarty Campbell and Louisa MacLaverty, who are all (probably) her great-nephews and -niece, so probably it's this Henry.
