  CAMBRIDGE INDEPENDENT PRESS: PRETTY WEDDING. A pretty wedding took place at Holy Trinity Church on Tuesday last, the contracting parties being Mr Edwin Percy Long, only son of Mr Long, auctioneer and surveyor, Charlton, Woolwich, and Miss Harriet Elizabeth Kempton, youngest daughter of Mr Wlliam Kempton, fruiterer, Ely. The bride, who was attired in a creme silk, with brocaded net over, looked charming. She carried a beautiful shower bouquet. The bridesmaids were Miss A E Kempton, sister of the bride, Miss Ethel Long, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Phyllis Haddan, niece of the bride. They wore pretty dresses of blue voile and also carried bouquets. The best man was Mr Herbert H Kempton, and the ceremony was performed by the Rev Canon Crosby. The happy couple left for Cromer amid many good wishes.
