THE TIMES: Re Geoffrey Hadden Bolster, deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 All persons having and Claims against the Estate of Lieutenant-Colonel Geoffrey Hadden Bolster, O.B.E., deceased of Caragh Cottage, Merrow, near Guildford, Surrey and care of The Westminster Bank Limited, Guildford (who died of wounds in Normandy on the 24th July 1944 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice on the 9th April 1945 by Enid Marjory Bolster the solo Executrix named in the Will) are hereby required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executrix on or before the 30th day of June 195 after which date the Executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.
